Project Engineer - Commercial Construction

gpac is partnered with a well-established Commercial Construction company in search of an experienced Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will coordinate with the Project Manager to manage projects from concept to completion, focusing on planning, coordination of materials, labor, equipment, and ensuring projects are completed on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate construction plans, schedules and budgets
Supervise and mentor project teams
Manage the procurement of materials and equipment
Perform cost analyses and make necessary changes to ensure cost objectives are met
Communicate changes and progress to senior management, partners and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget
Ensure quality control of all projects
Participate in the development of design concepts and review of proposed changes

Required

1-3 years as a Project manager
4-years degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Advanced technical and engineering knowledge

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
