Responsibilities
Provide top tier team support and customer service, with a compliance mindset
Entering order information into the point-of-sale system; processing payment; finalizing orders
Responsible for inventory and cash reconciliation procedures
Perform new customer consultations as needed
Maintain compliances with the Adult Use Marijuana Program rules and regulations
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Perform related duties as assigned by General Manager
Responsible for interfacing with managers in all departments to ensure smooth running of the dispensary
Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news
Qualification
Required
High school degree or equivalent
Excellent Customer Service Skills, with ability to actively learn about cannabis products available
Prior Budtender experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate Point of Sale systems
Must be punctual and reliable
Must have flexible and open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
Must have the ability for approval of agent registration card from the DCP
Must be able to move about the dispensary, handle various types of equipment and computer systems, including a point-of-sale system
Preferred
Prior Team Lead experience preferred
