Fix, repair, replace, refurbish and restore while we’re on the job
Travel to multiple sites within a defined region
Maintain and preserve a multimillion-dollar apartment community
Carry out the asset preservation objectives of ownership
Help keep everything in working order
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to travel to multiple sites within a defined region
Current or previous maintenance experience
Hands on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
California Driver's License is up to date
Car insurance is up to date
Good driving record
Preferred
Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation
Ability to communicate and interact very well with team members and residents
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
College degree
