Outside Sales Representative
Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions, LLC is a leading manufacturer of waste handling equipment in North America. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell and support their Parts & Service Product Lines, focusing on customer satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Sell and support Wastequip's Parts & Service Product Lines under the brands Wastebuilt and Wastequip WRX for all customer types in an assigned customer territory
Promote WASTEQUIP as a company and identify cross-selling opportunities for other lines of business and divisions (Containers & Trucks)
Call on a set schedule of existing customers as well as cold calling to develop new customers
Build professional relationships and rapport with account contacts and identify prospects for cold calling and convert them to customers
Understand and articulate Wastebuilt’s competitive advantages to minimize competitive losses, while maximizing growth opportunities
Implement programs involving new products and/or suppliers in conjunction with specific Sales & Marketing initiatives
Identify and participate in Regional / Domestic trade shows and association events
Travel is required (overnight stays on a semi-frequent basis)
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems and ideally Waste Management equipment
Ability to promote Service as a Product
Strong motivation and ability to identify and solve customer problems
Strong bias toward providing customers with the highest level of service possible
Tenacious at follow-up
Ability to maintain and grow an existing customer base through outstanding customer and product support
Ability to build professional relationships and rapport with account contacts
Ability to identify prospects for cold calling and convert them to customers
Desire and ability to learn a broad range of products and services
Ability to understand and articulate Wastebuilt's competitive advantages
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
Effective interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

Mechanical aptitude required
Minimum High School Diploma: formal education a plus but not required, will substitute work experience for education
2+ years of Outside sales experience
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred
Experience in sales (especially route sales) or customer service
Waste industry and/or similar industries such as Heavy Equipment
Experience related to heavy-duty truck maintenance
Spanish language skills are a benefit but not a must have
