Lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the performance and precision of golf club manufacturing processes
Provide technical support across the supply chain
Monitor component quality and drive process capability enhancements
Collaborate with suppliers to reduce defects, implement inspection plans, and develop innovative testing methods
Manage quality KPIs and SCARs
Execute PPAP protocols and conduct vendor audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Proficient in quality tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), capability studies, and Gauge R&R
Applied knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and computerized quality systems is essential
Demonstrated leadership abilities are required
Must be able to spend extended periods in a manufacturing environment
Domestic and international travel is required
Preferred
Certification in Six Sigma principles is preferred
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Prior experience in golf club manufacturing is preferred
