Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to; Real Estate, Construction, Labor & Employment, Defamation, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Business & Contracts Law
Manage cases from inception through trial, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in business disputes
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients
Qualification
Required
4+ years of commercial litigation experience
Previous trial, 1st chair experience
Prior experience in one of these areas; Real Estate, Construction, Labor & Employment, Defamation, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Business & Contracts Law
Licensed in the state of New Jersey
