Responsibilities
Supporting the control and developmental activities in regards to the Production and Metallurgical departments
Accurately, effectively, and efficiently providing test results with being quality conscious
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
A minimum of 2-5 years of manufacturing experience or experience in a laboratory environment
Must have applicable experience solving problems and understanding customer specifications and procedures
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
Ability to review and interpret data
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred
A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience or experience in a laboratory environment
Single point accountability in regard to writing, maintaining, and controlling certain measurement assurance manuals and processes relative to various physical-testing procedures used within the laboratory
Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
Training other laboratory technicians in the operation of test equipment and procedures pertaining to assigned processes
Experience in sawing, machining, testing and chemical analysis
Knowledgeable to monitor and maintain control charts critical to sustaining AS9100 and Nadcap certification
Understanding the importance of laboratory cleanliness and safety requirements
Able to be self-sufficient in a fast-paced environment to achieve departmental and plant goals
