Responsibilities
Assist in project setup, budgeting, scheduling, and document control
Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and completeness
Support procurement, contract administration, and change management
Track RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence through Procore or similar platforms
Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and assist in problem-solving with field teams
Help ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are consistently met
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of experience in commercial construction
Experience supporting ground-up or large-scale renovation projects with a general contractor
Strong understanding of construction documents, processes, and terminology
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
Preferred
prior APM or Project Engineer experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
