Ability to use a microscope with reticle or dazor to inspect components
Ability to measure product attributes using micrometers, calipers and tape measure
Ability to read and understand Blueprint / Drawings
Performs operations as defined by specifications
Achieve IPC-620 certification
Achieve productivity standards
Achieve quality targets
Is accountable for individual results
Adheres to established safety practices, environmental management, and quality systems requirement
May include other duties as assigned and/or special projects
Qualification
Required
Ability to use a microscope with reticle or dazor to inspect components
Ability to measure product attributes using micrometers, calipers and tape measure
Ability to read and understand Blueprint / Drawings
Performs operations as defined by specifications
Achieve IPC-620 certification
Achieve productivity standards
Achieve quality targets
Is accountable for individual results
Adheres to established safety practices, environmental management, and quality systems requirement
Ability to follow written manufacturing instructions and general specifications
Computer skills and use of computer programs
Understands and effectively utilize desktop applications and manufacturing systems as required
Demonstrates the knowledge of inspection techniques and product attributes
High school or equivalent
Basic reading, writing and math skills
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Typically requires 1 year of prior manufacturing experience
Preferred
IPC-1620 certification a plus but not require
