Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and coordinating server decommissioning activities, ensuring compliance with risk and security standards, and supporting overall infrastructure efficiency initiatives
You’ll partner closely with operations, engineering, security, and Finance teams to ensure hardware impacted by infrastructure risks are decommissioned efficiently, securely, and responsibly

Required

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data center or infrastructure environments
Solid understanding of server hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure operational risk
Tried experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams in a multifaceted, high-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Asana) and data reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills

Preferred

Familiarity with data center standards and best practices
Experience working with asset management and decommissioning tools
Knowledge of IT sustainability and responsible recycling practices
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent work experience
