Responsibilities

Support the Vice President of PLEX
Anticipate needs and drive improvements
Complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance
React with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Build effective working relationships inside and outside the group
Lead coordination with nested Executive Assistants across the PLEX organization
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of business objectives to support team goals
Grasp organizational procedures and best practices that drive operational efficiency

Qualification

Required

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with C-level executive calendar management
Experience as an Executive Assistant
