Responsibilities

Own and design UX/UI design execution for complex in-vehicle digital features or systems across multiple global truck brands—from problem framing through final delivery
Translate requirements and user needs into high-quality, end-to-end design solutions, from early concepts through final UI, working independently with minimal guidance beyond high-level direction and periodic design critique
Apply user-centered design principles rigorously, leveraging research insights, system constraints, and brand guidelines to inform and justify design decisions
Plan, support, and synthesize user research activities (interviews, usability testing, surveys), clearly articulating findings and design implications to cross-functional stakeholders
Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate interactions, flows, and overall design intent
Deliver implementation-ready design outputs, including annotated specifications, component behavior definitions, and assets that enable accurate and efficient development
Contribute directly to design systems and shared UI patterns, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term quality across products and brands
Proactively represent UX/UI in cross-functional collaboration, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation rather than waiting for direction, and continuously raising the quality bar
