Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience
Progressive IT experience in a law firm, including leadership roles
Senior level expertise with managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and systems administration within cloud-integrated environments
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving large-scale IT projects to completion
Proven track record of leading high-performing technology teams and scaling departmental operations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
