Responsibilities
Takes a consultative approach with clients and matches clients with the right set of treasury, card, and other non-loan products. Meets aggregate product revenue goals. In a client-centric way, seek opportunities to improve the Bank’s NII through treasury product sales and cross sell of fee-based products. Manage product price concessions, ECRs, and fee waivers
Drive deposit growth consistent with bank’s appetite and at direction of Manager. Work with lending teams to ensure (i) new deposit relationships are established simultaneously with new loan relationships, and (ii) appropriate mix of non-interest bearing/analyzed accounts and interest bearing accounts. Recommend deposit pricing that ensures retention and promotes growth as market interest rates change, while optimizing deposit margin for the bank
Deepen Client Relationships/Profitability: For existing clients, completes systematic deposit/treasury relationship reviews and works closely with business unit RMs to cross-sell and migrate clients to the appropriate product set
Provides continuous communication with Product Management, Deposit Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure we have the right product set and each client’s experience with the bank is timely, professional, and high quality. Works with internal partners to solve critical issues
Contributes to a high performance culture and fosters collaboration within the team/bank. Coaches and mentors junior team members at all levels. Work with HR to ensure performance plans provide clear direction, sales goals, and metrics. Networks with potential hires to support bank’s recruitment efforts
Maintains strong knowledge of risk and compliance – including BSA/AML, information security/fraud, and identity theft. TRM should be resources to clients and cross sell fraud prevention treasury products that will assist clients and the bank in managing risk. Completes all compliance certifications
Demonstrate sales leadership, professionalism, and a results-oriented approach to day to day activities. Is highly visible with prospects, clients and all key partners

Qualification
Required
Minimum seven (7) + years' experience working in a Technical Sales position
Current Driver's License and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience or training
Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
Strong technical treasury product knowledge
Solid understanding of business credit and underwriting
Accomplished sales skills and working knowledge of Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Community Banking, Specialty Banking, and Real Estate segments
Self-starter with effective organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to: Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Skilled with both formal and informal presentations, both internal and with clients/prospects
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within team
Maintains a high degree of professionalism and represents Company well both within the bank and within the Community
Ability to travel 50%
