Responsibilities
Play a key role in the efficient and effective operation of our day and residential programs
Provide mentorship and training to program managers and other supervisory staff
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including title 22 and title 17
Represent Devereux with families, community providers, regulatory, and funding agencies
Act as a floating Program Manager in Residential or Day programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Be certified by the State of California as ARF and/or RCFE administrator, or be willing to obtain
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
All Devereux staff must be able to pass a thorough background and Livescan check, oral drug screen, and have a valid California driver's license and clean driving record
