Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and support for all management aspects of the agreement
Work with the client to prioritize production issues and enhancements
Conduct weekly status meetings with the client and author Monthly Status Reports
Ensure projects follow the State's Project Management Guidelines
Facilitate remotely hosted meetings and on-site planning sessions as required
Qualification
Required
Project Management Professional (PMP)
SCRUM Master in the SCRUM Agile methodology
At least five years of experience managing/executing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies
At least four years' experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level)
At least five years' experience implementing enterprise environmental solutions in the public sector
At least three years' experience working with Atlassian's JIRA Project Management Software
Preferred
Prior experience with client systems: NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, DataMiner, RADIUS, COMPASS, Letterbuilder, PDF Processor, and Spreadsheet Processor
