Stellantis is seeking an experienced CMDB Product Owner (ServiceNow) to lead the strategy, governance, and health of their Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the CMDB while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to define and document requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CMDB strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ITSM processes
Establish and enforce CMDB governance policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain the health of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and document CMDB requirements
Lead CMDB audits and reconciliation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies
Provide guidance and training to CMDB users and stakeholders
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to CMDB and ITSM
Manage CMDB-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Develop and maintain CMDB dashboards and reports to provide visibility into CMDB health and performance

Required

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership skills
Deep understanding of ServiceNow
Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
