Responsibilities
Leadership & Execution: Lead and align a small team, establish accountability, raise standards, and create operating rhythm
Operations: Own daily operations across production, office, and sales support; improve workflows and execution
Financial Oversight: Own P&L; awareness, cash flow, AR/AP, payroll oversight, and margin analysis
Systems & Scale: Lead ERP upgrades, process improvements, and prepare the business for multi-site growth
Growth Support: Support sales execution, customer relationships, and margin-aligned growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience leading small teams in operations-heavy environments
Comfortable owning the full business, not just a function
Strong leadership presence and direct communication style
Financially literate (CPA not required)
Takes ownership and acts without being told
Comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information
Direct communicator who addresses issues early
Growth-minded and intolerant of status quo
Scales themselves as the business scales
Preferred
Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or chemical experience preferred
Military leadership background a strong plus
