Responsibilities

Coordinates with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to maintain cost and schedule baselines, prepare schedules, and assist in Estimate At Complete (EAC) evaluations
Conducts financial/schedule analyses, including funding profiles, variance analysis, critical paths, and risk assessments
Ensures accurate expenditure records, prepares funding projections, tracks commitments, and integrates risks and opportunities with baseline schedules and costs
Prepares and submits required deliverables and provides ad hoc reporting to support management decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Foundational understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, or cost management
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret basic financial or scheduling metrics
Familiarity with concepts such as variance analysis, forecasting, or risk assessment
Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both on a team and think independently with a proactive approach to business solutions

Preferred

Proficiency with MS Excel, notably pivot tables, formulas and charts
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
