Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan targeting various user groups for smooth migration
Coordinate migration schedules, ensuring technical readiness and minimal user disruption during "Moving Days"
Maintain an accurate migration tracking system for users and manage the "white glove" support process
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and correct application of user account changes
Analyze data to identify and resolve barriers to using pre-provisioned accounts, continuously updating training materials and support strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong capabilities in change management and stakeholder communications
Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack administration
Preferred
Experience in IT or Security Services Engineering is highly preferred, especially involving operational changes and user support within large-scale environments
