Responsibilities
Lead innovative design and campaign solutions across events, social media, video, animation, web and presentations
Conceptualize and implement innovative experiences, using your expertise in graphic design
Create and maintain visual design systems that can be applied across a brand and individual designers on a larger team
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience as a senior or principle graphic design at a fast-moving B2B company, having led multiple high-level design and campaign projects from concept, to stakeholder review to launch ranging from events to digital ads to web and everything in-between
Stellar, real-world examples of how you conceptualize and implement innovative experiences, using your expertise in graphic design
A commitment to being ambitious, working independently, and getting things done efficiently, effectively, and under pressure
Proficient in: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and AI design platforms such as Weavy, Gemini, Runway, etc. Experience with Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint experience is a plus
Deep experience creating and maintaining visual design systems that can be applied across a brand and individual designers on a larger team
Proven experience working within an in-house design team or leading a single brand's design systems
A BFA, BS, or MFA or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field
Local to our Santa Clara HQ or excited to make the move!
Preferred
Passionate about technology, design, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape; embracing Generative AI and have spent time with many of the tools
