Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Handle daily bookkeeping, including AR/AP, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Support monthly and year-end closing processes
Prepare and organize materials for tax filing (e.g. business tax, 1099s, sales tax), and coordinate with external CPA if needed
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data and documentation
Assist with payroll-related accounting support
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required)
Familiar with tax filing procedures and basic compliance
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage routine accounting tasks
