Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform on a mission to unleash business artificial general intelligence, starting with customer service. They are seeking a Sales Operations team member to work with Operations and Sales to drive growth through a data-driven approach and collaborate with leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Make Sales as successful as possible to meet our revenue and company goals
Partner closely with the CRO on a daily basis to track, measure and analyze our sales results while reporting up through the COO in order to have Operations as a center of excellence at Maven, driving consistent results and best practices across the organization. You will be peer to a Revenue Operations and Product Operations teammate
Partner with functional leads to create, measure, and optimize the Sales process, to accelerate our market penetration
Work with the direct sales team, creating market-research-backed hypotheses, designing tests, launching them and learning to quickly address how to increase our sales productivity
Work closely with the Revenue Operations and Finance teams who are looking at the full customer journey. Collaborate on a variety of projects; including commission modeling and planning for compensation plan design and SPIFFs
Work directly with the Operations team to leverage tools, frameworks, and ways of working to ensure continuity across Maven AGI to maximize the impact that operations can have with organizations. You will be part of the team that ensures how we work together is best positioned for success
Own sales territory planning, pipeline management and data hygiene - all basic tenets of this role
Creatively find new areas to spin up special projects that deliver high value to Maven customers
Drive continuous improvement by continually learning about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations

Required

5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations preferably at a B2B SaaS company
Experience working hands-on with CRM systems, Sales systems (ie. Gong), extracting data and finding patterns to assess then execute against to improve
Outstanding communication skills: ability to turn data into insights and tell the story to cross-functional stakeholders
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
Bias towards action with the ability to quickly consider what long-term decisions must be made today and what can start as an MVP

Preferred

Advanced Excel skills, data visualization and storytelling capability preferred
