The Judge Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Expert with deep expertise in Material Master data to lead and optimize their enterprise data strategy. This role will be pivotal in ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems including SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and Informatica MDM.

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures for material data
Configure and manage Informatica MDM workflows for material data onboarding, validation, and enrichment
Drive data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and deduplication
Support PLM integration and ensure alignment of material master data between PLM and ERP systems
Monitor and resolve data issues, ensuring timely updates and compliance with business rules
Provide training and support to business users on material master processes and tools
Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to master data

Required

Proven experience in Master Data Management with a focus on Material Master
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Material Master modules (MM, PP, SD)
Expertise in Informatica MDM (including Data Quality and Data Integration components)
Familiarity with PLM systems and their integration with ERP platforms
Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify inconsistencies or gaps
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
