3+ years expREnVisioning Technology, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will involve leading a small team of technicians in the installation of audio visual systems for our commercial clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians in the installation of audio visual systems, including but not limited to: displays, projectors, sound systems, video conferencing equipment, and control systems
Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation process
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in commercial audio visual installation
Strong knowledge of audio visual equipment and systems
Experience leading a team of technicians
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug test
Preferred
Preferred Certifications: CTS or CTS-I, OSHA 10, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Clearone, and Cisco Certifications
