Responsibilities
Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices
Define advanced test concepts, theories, and principles for highly complex technology and business situations
Plan, design and execute repeatable tests cases and automation scripts for various software and applications
Leverage test management tools for test planning, development, execution, monitoring and reporting
Monitor, triage and escalate incidents related to software products maintained by development teams in line with the organization's incident management processes
Conduct and manage root cause analysis for production incidents and embed preventive actions in the form of automated unit and integration tests
Continuously study, optimize and automate software test methods and tools and automation scripts
Qualification
Required
Experience using test cases for executing tests
Experience documenting tests cases for other users
Experience testing software with and without test cases to reference
Experience testing multiple different areas of a system in detail
Experience testing an application from all angles
Experience working with a team to develop a plan for completing testing
Experience using JIRA or a similar software, which is a ticket tracking system for defects and project management
Associate Exp: 2-4 yrs in IT; 1 years in testing
Bachelor's Degree
Technical Proficiency: Software development, SQL querying, and QA testing/validation
Requirements Translation: Ability to convert conceptual customer needs into clear functional specs, diagrams, and process models for developers
Analytical Rigor: Expert at verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility
Professional Drive: Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Communication & Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a dedicated customer-service orientation
Preferred
Planisware knowledge and Cloud environment experience
Software Automation Testing
Agile experience (converting roadmaps to user stories)
Data analysis, modeling, and dashboard visualization
Business process improvement and bottleneck analysis
