HR Business Partner

They are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support workforce initiatives and strengthen talent development, employee engagement, and business performance.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and build strategies to attract, retain, and grow salaried staff
Support performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, and review cycles
Help drive succession planning, career development, and leadership pipeline initiative
Partner with brokers/providers to ensure a competitive, employee-centered benefits offering
Monitor benefits utilization trends and recommend enhancements aligned to employee wellness and business goals
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and other applicable regulations
Partner with HR and Finance to support annual salary planning cycles
Guide managers on pay decisions, promotions, and adjustments within budget and equity standards
Serve as a trusted HR advisor for employees and leaders, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion
Support employee relations matters by advising leaders and ensuring fair, consistent resolution
Champion culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
3–5 years of progressive HR experience with focus in: Talent management, Benefits administration, Compensation/salary planning
Strong working knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Ability to work out of Alpharetta with periodic travel to Dahlonega

Preferred

HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
