Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution, and governance of pricing strategies to drive profitable growth across product categories and channels
Own pricing analytics, including margin analysis, elasticity modeling, competitive benchmarking, and promotional effectiveness
Partner with Merchandising and Finance to support line reviews, assortment decisions, and new product pricing
Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide clear, timely insights to stakeholders
Monitor pricing performance and identify risks and opportunities related to margin, volume, and customer behavior
Evaluate pricing changes, promotions, and discounts to ensure alignment with financial targets
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to align pricing with business objectives
Troubleshoot pricing-related issues and recommend data-driven solutions
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner
Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems

Qualification
Required
10 years of progressive experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or a related field
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise systems (ERP, pricing tools, data warehouses)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive results through collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills across all contact channels

Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred
Experience in luxury goods, interior design, custom home building products, furnishings, and/or lighting industry a plus
