Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFx/RFP/RFI) for IT, software, and services categories—define requirements, run vendor evaluation, and recommend award decisions
Negotiate and execute commercial agreements and amendments to secure favorable pricing, SLAs, payment terms, and risk protections
Manage supplier onboarding and ongoing vendor performance—track KPIs, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement actions
Conduct spend analysis and TCO modelling to identify consolidation, rebidding, and cost-avoidance opportunities
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and Business stakeholders to align sourcing strategy to product roadmaps and compliance requirements
Maintain sourcing playbooks, contract templates, and procurement best-practices to scale repeatable processes across the organization
Qualification
Required
Proven procurement or sourcing experience supporting IT, SaaS, or technology services categories
Track record of delivering documented cost savings and supplier performance improvements
Hands-on experience with e-procurement or sourcing platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Procurify, or equivalent)
Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience drafting or reviewing supplier contracts
Advanced Excel skills for spend analysis and TCO modelling; comfort with data-driven sourcing decisions
Authorized to work in the United States and able to operate in overlapping US time zones (remote)
Preferred
Experience procuring cloud, managed services, and enterprise SaaS contracts
Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) or procurement-to-pay workflows
Experience using sourcing analytics tools or BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
