They are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager - Infrastructure to manage multiple initiatives in support of modernizing the company's Customer Contact/Call Centers, focusing on end-to-end project management and financial oversight.

Responsibilities
End-to-End PM experience; Strong experience managing budgets in excess of 1M. Must be able to track actuals vs forecasted, resource forecasting, planning, financial management
IT Infrastructure PM experience
IT project management ownership of multiple initiatives in support of modernizing the company's Customer Contact/Call Centers
Business-side integration and/or ownership where needed
Projects can be infrastructure, software, vendor-product installation, or workflow & process improvement
Understanding and use of Change Management
Build-out of project execution frameworks within existing portfolio structure
Methodologies include Waterfall with possible Agile for future projects
Aggressive management of Risks/Issues
Must be proficient in managing financials (forecasting, tracking, correction)
Experience with Clarity a big plus
Identification of IT & Business resources required to complete project work
Resource procurement via partnership with IT & Business Leads
Management the work of matrixed resources
Development of effective agendas for working sessions & status meetings
Strong facilitation skills
Production of specific outcomes with detailed takeaways to produce those outcomes
Strong communication and partnership skills required
Ability to work with IT & Business leaders
Timely reporting of issues

Required
