Responsibilities
Lead customer engagements and platform implementations within the life sciences domain
Ensure successful customer onboarding, delivery, adoption, and ongoing support of clinical technology solutions
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, and marketing) to deliver high-quality, cost-effective implementations
Drive platform adoption post go-live and incorporate real-world clinical feedback into the product roadmap
Manage delivery margins and improve implementation efficiency
Support pre-sales solutioning and contribute to go-to-market initiatives such as case studies and webinars
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in clinical systems, including CTMS as a mandatory requirement
Experience leading customer engagements and platform implementations within the life sciences domain
Ability to ensure successful customer onboarding, delivery, adoption, and ongoing support of clinical technology solutions
Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, and marketing)
Ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective implementations
Experience driving platform adoption post go-live
Ability to incorporate real-world clinical feedback into the product roadmap
Experience managing delivery margins
Ability to improve implementation efficiency
Experience supporting pre-sales solutioning
Contribution to go-to-market initiatives such as case studies and webinars
