Responsibilities
You will develop production strategies and schedules
Coordinating logistics for video/photo shoots, including locations, talent, and equipment
Develop and manage production budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Work with cost center owners to ensure proper documenting and monitoring of approved shoot costs
You will manage video editing and post-production workflows and timelines
Ensure proper archiving and organization of video and photo assets
Creating and maintaining production documentation (e.g., checklists, SOPs)
Troubleshooting technical issues before and during production, serving as the point person through the duration of all shoots
You will contribute to the creative process by assisting with development of video concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to ensure work is done on time and meets client needs
Other work duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in film production or film studies; equivalent experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of project stakeholders and clients
A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing project needs
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro X, Premiere, and After Effects
Working knowledge of video production equipment
Knowledge of shooting and editing videos
Three (3) years video production experience in an advertising/marketing agency or on in-house marketing team
