Responsibilities
Serve as technical SME for maintenance and support efforts
Provide technical expertise for requirements definition and design processes
Apply software engineering skills to develop new or enhanced software components
Provide on-call technical support to the client staff (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday)
Monitor Client’s bug-tracking system daily to address verified bugs timely
Qualification
Required
Certification: System Architect in Pega 7 (or newer)
At least three years of experience in each of the following areas:
Supporting environmental IT projects in the public sector
Client/server and web applications
Sybase PowerBuilder and Sybase PowerDesigner
Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP), Java, JavaScript, and AJAX
Oracle Databases (developing PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers)
Atlassian's JIRA Project Management Software
Managing/executing IT projects using Agile methodologies
Experience designing and implementing Cloud-based infrastructures and migrating non-cloud systems to the cloud
Experience in Business Objects (v4.2 or newer) and Tableau (v2019.1.4 or newer) development
Experience designing/implementing GIS interfaces and integrations with Pega workflows
Preferred
Prior experience with the client systems (NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, etc.)
