Responsibilities
Own the client onboarding process—ensuring seamless first impressions and clear next steps
Manage a high-volume caseload with precision, handling inbound/outbound calls with urgency and professionalism
Track and respond to all new client leads (calls, emails, referrals, and online inquiries) to maximize case intake
Initiate claims and send letters of representation in order to efficiently move cases forward
Coordinate medical appointments, so clients get the care they need without delays
Chase down missing records, bills, and documents—because no detail gets past you
Advocate on property damage claims, ensuring clients recover what they’re owed
Role may include other relevant duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Korean
1-3+ years of experience thriving in a fast-paced office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work in large teams and navigate a paperless environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
