Responsibilities
Maintain current Tranblocker rules within card processing system
Review CAMS alerts to determine if re-issue is warranted
Gather data for Visa quarterly reporting
Process replacement card requests received from members and office staff
Review daily reports from card processor for ATM/Visa exceptions, lost/stolen notifications and process adjustments as needed
Be responsible for monthly Debit/Credit card reissues
Assist with Visa Communication and CUNA claims
Responsible for fraud / dispute processing on Visa debit/credit cards as well as ATM cards including chargebacks, working with merchants to refund members and the completion of the monthly write-off process
Communicate with members throughout the dispute process to request additional information or to keep them informed of their claim status
Review all daily, weekly, and monthly ATM/Fraud reports and Falcon Alerts
Process foreign cardholder ATM adjustments
Assist Accounting with the maintenance and balancing of the Exceptions GL
Adhere to all credit union compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines and regulations as explained and as appropriate for the position
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Operations Support
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Operational understanding of all Operation Support Department function
Knowledge of card processing policies and procedures
Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z and Visa Regulation
One to three years of similar or related experience
Well organized
Solid verbal and written communication abilities
Strong attention to detail skills
PC proficient
