Responsibilities
Evaluate requirements for new products and propose best implementation strategies
Embedded Development: Design and develop firmware and software using SoCs, PLDs, and FPGAs
Author comprehensive hardware/software specifications and detailed software design documents (SDDs)
Develop low-level software drivers and high-level applications to ensure seamless hardware-software communication
Lead the testing, integration, and troubleshooting of prototypes to ensure field reliability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing with FPGAs and microcontrollers
Experience with SoC (System on Chip) design and integration
Proficiency in Embedded C development
Hands-on experience with military-grade systems and standards
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex system-level issues
Flexibility for potential domestic or international travel as required
Preferred
Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553 communication protocols and aerospace/defense standards is a highly desirable, but not required
