Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Planning team
Build strong client relationships and guide media strategy across channels
Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring performance, financial, and process excellence
Collaborate across departments and represent the agency in client meetings
Identify opportunities for client growth and new business development
Uphold agency standards, values, and a positive, collaborative culture
Qualification
Required
8+ years of agency experience with deep knowledge of traditional and digital media
Proven ability to translate client goals into measurable media strategies and KPIs
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Experience managing senior-level client relationships and multiple projects
Analytical, results-driven, and proactive problem solver
Proficiency with media planning tools; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bachelor's degree required
