Responsibilities
Provide software development expertise for requirements definition and design
Develop new or enhanced software components
Provide on-call technical support to the clients staff (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday)
Monitor Client’s bug-tracking system daily to address verified bugs
Qualification
Required
At least six months to one year of experience in supporting environmental IT projects in the public sector
At least six months to one year of experience in client/server or web applications
At least six months to one year of experience in Sybase PowerBuilder and PowerDesigner OR Java/jTAP/AJAX
At least six months to one year of experience in Oracle Databases (developing PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers)
At least six months to one year of experience in Atlassian's JIRA Project Management Software
Preferred
Prior experience with the client systems (NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, etc.)
