Responsibilities
Work with Project Managers, Design Team Lead, Senior Designers and others to transform concepts into visual executions that articulate the Georgia Power brand and deliver on business objectives
Design an array of digital and print assets which may include advertising, web and email assets, banner ads, signage, presentations, environmental graphics and other digital and print media as assigned for internal and external audiences
Present your work for review by the Creative Team Lead, Senior Designers and other internal stakeholders–incorporating relevant feedback into final assets to create amazing results
Be a brand ambassador and adherent of brand integrity across all channels and assets
Ensure all projects are delivered in our distinct brand voice and is accurate and timely
Openly share your creative insights and enrich our culture with every opportunity
Be a student of the energy business and apply that knowledge to your work
Actively seek to understand new industry technologies, trends, tools and best practices
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from an accredited college
Have 3-5 years of graphic design experience in an advertising agency, marketing/PR firm or in house agency
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to break new ground with big ideas
Are passionate about human centered problem solving and tirelessly seek to Client what users really need
Are a champion of building brand equity through adherence to brand guidelines while meeting business objectives
Can clearly and convincingly articulate your creative decisions and point-of-view
Are expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, with an understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (HTML, CSS) and social media platforms
Can prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to critical timelines
Have experience collaborating with senior creatives (photo/video, web and print teams) and strategists
Can own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, while welcoming feedback and collaboration
Able to demonstrate experience through a strong portfolio of creative
Are confident in your skill sets while exhibiting flexibility in exploring new and creative ways to problem solve
Preferred
Expertise in digital Illustration and animation is highly preferred
