The Wonderful Citrus Harvest Internship offers hands-on experience in field operations, where interns will support daily operations, oversee harvest crews, and assist in data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities
Learn and understand all aspects of Field Operations including labor management, compliance, crop pacing, market designation, and harvest maturity standards
Support field supervisors with daily operations, including overseeing harvest crews, evaluating field conditions, and monitoring harvest quality
Assist the field operations team with collecting, entering, and analyzing field-related data, such as yield estimates and size and quality assessments
Participate in planning and coordinating harvest activities
Qualification
Required
Must be an active Wonderful Scholar
High School Diploma or GED, with current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Crop Science, Fruit Science, Ag Business or related field
Demonstrated interest in crop production and farming operations
Junior or Senior academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Completion of core concentration coursework in a related field of study
Valid California Driver's License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Energetic, motivated, and eager to take on new challenges
