This role will lead the global operations team and drive transformation initiatives while enhancing customer experience and managing a large team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Manage a global operations team of 500+ in Austin, Bangalore, San Jose, and London
Unlock key customer facing launches through partnerships with engineering, product management, content acquisition, legal, PR, marketing, merchandising, design, and customer service stakeholders
Establish goals, strategies and inspection mechanisms to achieve program objectives
Develop operational models, workforce management, and productivity mechanisms that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion
Envision, design, and drive transformation initiatives that build the future Trust & Safety operations workforce which natively leverages AI
Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations
Manage, coach, and develop a strong team of Operations and Program Managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of work experience
6+ years of operations management experience
5+ years of managing and developing teams experience
5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
Preferred
Master's degree, or 7+ years of work experience
Experience managing and delivering product quality or testing
Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
Experience integrating GenAI solutions into manual operations
