Responsibilities
Support system configuration, perform user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues during project go-live
Assist recruiters and hiring managers in navigating the new system, resolving issues, and fielding inquiries
Document and escalate technical or process issues to facilitate resolution
Work alongside HRIS, IT, and People Systems teams to test and validate system changes
Contribute to the implementation of new recruiting processes and collect user feedback to ensure an effective rollout
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience with Workday Recruiting
Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
Effective communication skills
Preferred
Experience in large-scale company implementations is preferred
