Senior Sales Account Executive- Data Center Solutions

They are seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive who will be responsible for developing market strategy and cultivating relationships within the data center sector, focusing on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead account executive for the Data Center market within THS
Develop and execute a strategic account plan focused on hyperscale, colocation, and large campus data center projects
Meet with and brief Data Center industry executives, to include V.P.s, Procurement Managers, Project Managers on THS capabilities
Own market intelligence, pipeline development, and revenue growth for the vertical
Build and maintain relationships with data center owners and end users, general contractors, EPC firms, and specialty trade contractors
Develop and manage a structured call plan targeting key decision-makers
Provide early-stage consulting services prior to project award and mobilization
Design workforce housing strategies including turn-key worker camps, corporate lodging, and hotel reservation support
Sell wrap-around support services including power, water, sanitation, catering, and site services
Sell bundled and standalone mobile equipment including bunk trailers, restroom trailers, shower trailers, IT assets, and command centers to data center clients
Coordinate with internal teams to develop pricing, proposals, and ensure seamless execution
Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports
Qualification
Required
7+ years of sales or business development experience in data center, construction support, oil/gas or temporary facilities industries
Bachelor's degree required
Established industry relationships
Proven consultative selling capability
Willingness to travel as required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
