Responsibilities
Operate material-handling equipment including forklifts, conveyors, handcarts, cranes, and power trucks
Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the warehouse
Maintain basic records and follow established SOPs and quality guidelines
Perform routine warehouse tasks under general to limited supervision
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Safely lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs or more
Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months forklift driving experience
Previous experience using Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred
Prior warehouse or material-handling experience
Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing, or production environments
