The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire lifecycle, partnering cross-functionally with various teams to drive continuous improvement and address hardware and system-level quality issues.

Responsibilities
Perform system-level and component-level failure analysis on servers, storage systems, and rack-level integrations
Analyze hardware, firmware, and system logs to identify failure patterns and contributing factors
Perform root cause analysis (RCA), isolate failure modes and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with the vendors
Develop and execute failure reproduction and validation test plans
Reliability testing knowledge related to Quality and Manufacturing to prevent field issues
Provide input to improve product reliability, test coverage, and documentation
Support Failure Analysis (FA), RMAs, and field return investigations
Drive 8D / corrective action for customer-reported issues
Identify systemic issues and escape risks from field data
Participate in reliability testing and validation when required
Prepare FA reports, issue summaries, and customer presentations
Maintain clear communication with customers on status, risks, and action plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within hardware, electronics, or manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with server systems, PCB, GPUs, or electromechanical assemblies
Experience working with contract manufacturers and global suppliers
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in server, storage, HPC, or data center hardware environments
Experience with supplier audits and process validation
Knowledge of reliability testing (HALT/HASS, thermal, vibration)
