Responsibilities

Perform walkthroughs for upcoming moves
Sell solutions to customers for both Local & Interstate Office & Industrial move opportunities
Build a network of referral partners to assist in gaining opportunities
Meet the sales and sales margin goals for the organization
Create an annual business and sales plan with specific goals and objectives
Identify, qualify, prospect and close commercial moving transportation, office and industrial business
Develop and grow a key prospect list of accounts
Keep up to date records and progress on strategy in company CRM
Focus on closing new business
Maintain and nurture existing client base
Attend meetings, seminars and trade shows as requested
Act as company representative when meeting the public, customers and business associates
Demonstrate a willingness to be part of a sales team
Commit to continue learning and develop professionally
Interact with sales management to improve effectiveness on all parts of the selling process
Make decisions
Execute the plan and Lead by example
