Responsibilities

Positively motivate and review work performed by team of mechanical engineers
Professionally work with clients to identify goals
Correctly complete billing and budgeting for a project
Coordinate services between mechanical engineer team, clients, and other contractors
Provide descriptive solutions to mechanical design difficulties
Manage a team of engineers and designers; conduct periodic reviews and foster a collaborative atmosphere
Facilitate weekly team meetings and effectively delegate workload to team members
Frequent professional interaction with clients to discover and implement expectations
Maintain positive relationships with clients
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering
P.E. Licensed Mechanical Engineer
10+ years of working industry experience
Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and organization
Established industry and market expert
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and be a strong decision maker
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products
Proven ability to maintain excellent integrity and ethical standards within role
Ability to work outside normal business hours as project schedules and deadlines require
