Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers (Hoyer lifts, gait belts)
Record and monitor vital signs, intake/output, bowel movements
Support with admissions, discharges, and daily documentation tasks
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Respond to call bells and participate in emergency response procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
Active New York CNA License
BLS Certification – American Heart Association
Preferred
LTC experience preferred
