ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a rewarding contract role supporting diverse student populations with speech and language needs. The SLP will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with educational professionals to enhance student communication skills and academic success.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
Provide direct therapy services to students across early childhood through high school levels
Monitor and document student performance and adjust interventions as necessary
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and strategies
Stay informed about current best practices and emerging research in speech-language pathology within school settings

Qualification

Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive SLP license1+ year of SLP experienceCommunication disordersEngage studentsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
active SLP license
1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience

Preferred

Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working in early childhood and K-12 educational environments
Strong knowledge of communication disorders including articulation, language delays, and fluency
Ability to engage and motivate students of varying ages and backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with school staff and families
Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
