Innovative Content Creation: Develop and produce a diverse lineup of sports programs that redefine our coverage, integrating both linear and digital platforms to deliver compelling and unique storytelling
Strategic Leadership: Lead the charge in building a robust, sports programming schedule that challenges traditional norms and captivates viewers across multiple channels
Project Management: Oversee the production of multiple shows simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively
Community Engagement: Stay attuned to the pulse of our sports community, leveraging social media and trending topics to create content that resonates with our audience and reflects their interests
Technical Expertise: Utilize a strong background in technical production to shape the visual and auditory elements of our programs, setting them apart from traditional offerings

Required

Proven experience in multimedia production, with a track record of creating innovative and engaging content
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a creative team
Deep passion for sports, news, social media, and community engagement
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Technical proficiency in production tools and techniques
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a large market TV newsroom, with a proven track record of managing department budgets, schedules and planning for long-term events

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Radio/TV, or related discipline preferred
